Guests will be welcomed to Polo Grill with a specialty cocktail, followed by a private gastronomic tour of your choosing beginning with unique hors d'oeuvres and meandering through six full courses of flavorful fare paired with sommelier-selected fine wines or a spirit of your choice, such as whiskey.

Chef Merrifield has been creating intricate tasting menus for years along with restaurant concepts and this is your opportunity to come along and get creative (or just let him run with it).
